Payroll Information
Team members are paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. There are no exceptions to this. If a pay day falls on a holiday, checks will be issued the business day before the holiday. Payroll's goal is to pay each team member timely and accurately. To better achieve this, we ask that the following deadlines be adhered to:

Pay periods end on Sundays with the exception of rig hands whose pay period ends on Saturday. Signed and approved time sheets, time clock punches, and rig tower reports are due on Monday morning of payroll week before 9:00 a.m.

Time sheets via paper or time clocks are entered in to ADP on Mondays and processed on that same date.
Direct deposit is mandatory and effective on the second pay check after the direct deposit information has been received and entered by payroll. For new hires, the first check is a live check. If your direct deposit is in process and your check is live, it can be picked up on Friday of payroll week if the pay date falls on a Friday.
