DEVELOPMENT AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS
In this internship program, high school graduates support the Production and Pipeline departments performing various manual labor tasks to construct, maintain and restore natural gas well leases.
Lewis Energy Group is passionate about educating and investing in the next generation of industry leading gas and oil experts. We encourage student development, and provide our interns with real hands on work experience applicable to their degree.
This program offers a course of the month via Lewis University and is designed to capitalize on training, development, and retention efforts of selected team members that are eager to grow.

Award Programs
We are on a mission to build a work culture of engaged team members, that live our unique Lewis Family values, to help create a work culture that is the envy of the industry. The "GRIT" Award is a means for the company to accomplish that goal.
LEG has annual performance awards for team members who are nominated by their supervisors and peers. The awards are presented at the end of the year.
LEG has annual service awards for team members who have been with the company 1, 5, 10, 15, and 20 years. The awards for higher years of service are presented at the end of the year.
This award is given to those team members whose actions result in significant savings of Lewis Energy Group's money, time or lowered risk to property or people. Contact your HRBP for more details.
